Who runs it

Mavrora is a trading name of FLOFUM, S.L., a company registered in Barcelona. The address, the registration number and the contact details are on the legal notice, and the same company appears on every email you get from us.

Why the list stays short

Cutting, clearing, cleaning, protecting timber, and the one job a smallholding cannot put off – that is the ground we try to cover, with one tool for each. A short list means we can read every specification, check every photograph and answer a question about any of them without looking it up. When a tool worth adding turns up, it goes on the shelf; when one stops being worth selling, it comes off.

What we will not do

• Invent numbers. The pruning kit arrives with no published specification, so its page says exactly that instead of borrowing figures from a similar tool.
• Add anything at the door. The price on the shelf includes delivery, and it is the figure you pay – by card at the checkout, or in cash to the courier.
• Print reviews we cannot stand behind. There are no star ratings on this site and no testimonials. When there is something worth quoting, it will come with a name and a date.

How the tools get to you

Parcels go anywhere in the European Union with a street address, carried by independent couriers working to our instructions. Delivery is included in the price. The delivery page has the country-by-country timings and the two situations where an extra charge can appear – both flagged before you agree to anything.

If something goes wrong

Fourteen days to change your mind, three years of legal guarantee under Spanish law, and a person on the other end of support@mavrora.com from Monday to Friday. We would rather take a tool back than argue about it.
