How to order

Put a tool in the basket, choose card or cash at the checkout, and we ring to agree the delivery day before anything moves.

1. Put the tool in the basket

Every tool is listed with the price you will actually pay: delivery anywhere in the EU is already inside it. Put in as many tools as you need – they travel together and the courier collects one total at the door.

If you are not sure which tool suits the job, describe the job first. A hedge that has got away from you, a patio under moss, forty metres of fence – that is enough for us to answer on the contact page.

2. Leave your details at the checkout

Name, street address, email and a phone number, then choose how to pay: by card, or in cash to the courier. No account to create, and with cash on delivery nothing is taken at that moment – the checkout ends with an order number.

If your address is on an island or in a remote district served by a second carrier, we write to you with any extra carriage before the parcel moves – and you can cancel at no cost if you would rather not.

3. We ring, then dispatch

We call to confirm the order and agree a delivery day, then pass the parcel to a courier, normally within one or two working days. If anything changes at our end – stock, timing, a courier problem – you hear it from us rather than from a tracking page.

4. The box arrives

If you chose cash on delivery, the courier takes the money at the door: count it out in front of them and keep the receipt. Either way, open the box while they are still there if you want to. If the parcel is damaged, or it is plainly the wrong tool, refuse it – it goes back to us at our cost, and a cash order will have cost you nothing at all.

Why a person has to take the box. The courier hands it over in person – and with cash on delivery collects the money at the same time – which is why we cannot deliver to lockers, pick-up points or PO boxes. Card details never reach us either: they go to the payment provider named at the checkout.

What we ask for, and why

You have fourteen days to change your mind, and three years of legal guarantee on faults. Both are explained in plain terms on returns and refunds and guarantee and safety.
