Questions

The ones we are asked most. If yours is not here, ask us and we will answer it – and probably add it.

Ordering and paying

Is there a proper checkout?

Yes – basket, address, payment choice, order number. Choose cash on delivery and nothing at all is charged until the courier hands the box over.

How can I pay?

By card at the checkout, or in cash to the courier when the box arrives. Cash costs nothing extra, and with it no money leaves you until the tool is in your hands. We do not take bank transfers.

Is the price really all I pay?

Yes, with one exception that never arrives as a surprise: a few islands and remote districts are served by a second carrier, and we write to you with any extra carriage before the parcel moves, so you can cancel instead if you prefer.

Can I order more than one tool?

Yes. Put as many as you like in the basket, in any quantity; they are sent together and the courier collects one total.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in the 27 EU countries with a street address. Not to lockers, parcel shops or PO boxes – the courier has to hand the box to a person and take payment.

How long will it take?

One or two working days to reach the courier, then two to seven days on the road for most of the EU. The table on the delivery page gives it country by country.

Can I track the parcel?

There is no tracking page here. The courier normally rings before arriving, and if a parcel is late you can write to us and we will chase it.

The tools

Are the batteries shared between tools?

We do not claim that. Each tool arrives with its own batteries and charger, and the manufacturers publish nothing about cross-compatibility, so neither do we.

How long does a battery last on one charge?

The manufacturers do not publish runtimes for these tools, so we cannot give you a figure. What is published is on each tool’s entry: motor speeds, cutting capacity, charge time where it is stated. The chainsaw, for example, charges fully in about three hours.

Why does the pruning kit have so little detail?

Because the manufacturer supplies none. Rather than borrow numbers from a similar tool, we describe what the supplier’s photograph shows and leave it there. Ask us and we will go back to them with your question.

Is the paint sprayer cordless too?

No – it is the one tool on the shelf with a mains cable. 700 W, a 1,200 ml container and four nozzles.

What about spare blades and chains?

What comes in the box is listed on each tool’s entry. We do not stock spares separately; they are ordinary consumable parts you can buy anywhere.

After delivery

What if I change my mind?

Fourteen days from delivery, no reason needed. Write to us, get a return number, post the tool back within 14 days of that message, and the money goes back the way you paid it. The details are on returns and refunds.

What if it arrives damaged?

Refuse it at the door if you can see the damage. If it only shows once the box is open, tell us within 48 hours with photographs and we replace it or refund you in full, carriage on us.

How long is the guarantee?

Three years under Spanish law, which governs our sales. What counts as a fault, and what does not, is set out on guarantee and safety.

Do you offer an invoice for a business?

Yes. Put your VAT number in the order notes, or email it with the order number, and the invoice follows the delivery.

Still unsure?

Describe the job rather than the tool, and we will tell you which one fits.
