Legal notice

Who is responsible for this site, and the terms on which you may use it.

Who owns the site

FLOFUM, S.L.
Calle Parcerisa 13, Local 1
08014 Barcelona, Spain
CIF B75621250
support@mavrora.com

These details are published under article 10 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), the Spanish law on e-commerce and information society services. Mavrora is the name under which FLOFUM, S.L. sells garden tools; it is not a separate company.

What this site does

mavrora.com lists garden tools and takes orders for them. Payment is by card at the checkout, handled by the payment provider named there, or in cash to the courier on delivery, as set out in the terms of sale. We never see or store card numbers ourselves, and there is no account to create.

Using the site

You agree to use it lawfully: no attempts to reach non-public parts of the site or its server, no automated harvesting of its content, and no use of the enquiry form to send bulk or unsolicited messages.

Content and trademarks

Unless marked otherwise, the text, photographs, logo, design and code belong to FLOFUM, S.L. or are used with permission. Reading, printing and linking are free; commercial reuse needs our written agreement. Where a third-party product name appears, it is used only to identify that product.

Accuracy

Specifications come from the manufacturer of each tool and are read before they go on the page; where a manufacturer states nothing, we state nothing. The price you see is the price we charge. What can change is whether a tool is in stock, and the whole order reaches you in writing before anything leaves the warehouse.

Links out

This site does not carry advertising and links to no other commercial site. Any link we add in future to an official source, such as consumer-authority guidance, is offered for information only; what happens on that site is its owner’s responsibility.

Liability

We keep the site available and correct as far as we reasonably can, without promising that it will never be interrupted. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under Spanish or EU law, including the guarantee of conformity and the right to withdraw.

Law and jurisdiction

The site, and anything sold through it, fall under Spanish law. That does not strip a consumer of the protections their own country makes compulsory, nor of the right to sue at home.
